If you would like to inquire about our school, please feel free to contact our School at 614-488-9000.At the time of initial registration, families must present the following:
- $120.00 Application Fee
- Baptismal Certificate (original or copy must be supplied only if child was not baptized at St Agatha Parish)
- Birth Certificate (original or copy)
- Custodial Documentation (a certified copy of any child custody order or decree pertaining to the child must be presented at the time of admission, if applicable)
- IEP/504/Service Plan, if applicable
- Report Cards (for students applying for first through eighth grades)
